Open Positions: Global Health Corps Fellowships with LifeNet

LifeNet is partnering with Global Health Corps to hire a Monitoring & Evaluation Associate, a Medical Project Associate, a Communication & Marketing Associate, and a Communications & Franchise Marketing Associate for the LifeNet office in Uganda. Global Health Corps Fellows serve in their fellowship for one year, beginning in summer 2020.

Monitoring & Evaluation Associate
Location: Uganda

Located in Kampala, Uganda, the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate will join LifeNet International (LN)’s M&E Team, which is responsible for measuring the impact of our programs. One of LN’s strengths is the monitoring and evaluation of its training programs. The tools used by the M&E team help drive the implementation of evidence-based clinical practices that save lives and prevent disease and disability.

Communications & Franchise Marketing Associate

Based in Kampala, Uganda, the Communications and Franchise Marketing Associate will participate in strategic initiatives and conversations around the development of fundraising, marketing, publicity, and content creation with LifeNet International (LN)’s Development Officer in the U.S. Additionally, the role will include a local focus, supporting the Uganda leadership team in generating marketing content for our stakeholders, as well as assisting in the design and implementation of a franchise marketing strategy for LifeNet partner health centers in Uganda. This is a vital expansion of LifeNet’s capacity to communicate internationally as well as nationally with stakeholders across a variety of platforms.

Communications & Marketing Associate

Additionally, the role will include a local focus, working with the Uganda Country Director in generating content for national and international stakeholders. This is a vital expansion of LN’s capacity to communicate both nationally and internationally with stakeholders across a variety of platforms.

Medical Project Associate
Location: Uganda

Based in Kampala, Uganda, the Medical Project Associate will support LifeNet International (LN)’s medical projects that fall outside of its traditional partner training program. LifeNet is planning and implementing projects related to several capacity building and quality improvement services, including non-communicable diseases, and family planning/reproductive health. This role will help to build LN’s capacity to meet the needs of our partner health centers by providing targeted trainings, supporting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts, participating in community sensitization and screening visits, and contributing to program design.
