LifeNet International, a rapidly growing Christian social impact organization dedicated to improving the healthcare of millions of people across the continent of Africa, is searching for the right candidate to serve as its Global Finance Manager based Washington, D.C.
LifeNet aims to stop preventable deaths in sub-Saharan Africa, especially for mothers and children, by ensuring faith-based, community health facilities provide high quality healthcare. These facilities are the first, and often only, point of care that is accessible for the most vulnerable. Additionally, across the African continent, these facilities provide 40% of health services—as LifeNet improves care and stops preventable deaths here, health realities will drastically improve for millions.
LifeNet currently works with 450+ faith-based health facilities across 7 countries, including Burundi, Burkina Faso, DRC, Uganda, Malawi, Kenya, and Ghana. This network delivers essential services to the lowest quintile patients, maintaining international standards of care within safe and well-managed facilities thanks to ongoing training, tools and quality assurance from LifeNet.
The Global Finance Manager will oversee finance, accounting, compliance, risk management, and key administrative functions across the U.S. headquarters and seven country programs. This role ensures strong financial stewardship of donor and organizational resources while strengthening systems to support continued growth and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the CEO and partners closely with Vice Presidents of Advancement and Programs, as well as with Country Directors and functional leaders.
