WHERE WE WORK
WHERE WE WORK
410+ health facilities
The LifeNet network provides 10.5+ million healthcare visits a year
LifeNet partner health facilities are Health Center IIs, Health Center IIIs, Health Center IVs, and hospitals that are committed to providing high quality healthcare to their vulnerable communities. The LifeNet network spans 6 countries, including Burundi, Ghana, Kenya, eastern DRC, Malawi, and Uganda.
OUR NETWORK
We think big. We believe all people should have the opportunity to live a healthy and whole life. And we are driven to scale to make that a reality.
From our depth of experience, we know that what works for 425 health facilities can work for 1,000 more health facilities that adopt the LifeNet way. And at this scale, our agile model will still allow for continued innovation and quick, efficient responses to on-the-ground realities.
We can efficiently add partners to the network.
We are equipped to work in multiple countries and across health issues.
Our partnership model allows us to replicate any facility-level intervention in all of our health centers, and to tailor curricula to address local needs.
Our partnerships begin with an assessment period during which we discern a health facilities’ essential operational needs. We incorporate this baseline assessment into a custom growth plan that outlines a health facilities’s training and operational objectives.
