WHERE WE WORK
1,200 patients visits monthly
$1 per patient visit
The average LifeNet partner health center is now serving 1,200 patient visits a month.
This number is growing as LifeNet-franchised health centers gain reputations in their communities for quality care. We are now doubling the quality of care administered in our partner health centers at an average cost of less than $1 per patient visit. By 2023, we plan to work in 1,000 health centers across 10 African countries, transforming care for more than 10,000,000 patient visits.
OUR NETWORK
We can think big. From our depth of experience, we know that what works for 170 health centers can work for 1,000 more health centers that adopt the LifeNet way. And at this scale, our agile model will still allow for continued innovation and quick, efficient responses to on-the-ground realities.
We can efficiently add partners to the network.
We are equipped to work in multiple countries and across health issues.
Our franchise platform allows us to replicate any facility-level intervention in all of our health centers, and to tailor curricula to address local needs.
Our partnerships begin with an assessment period during which we discern a health center’s essential operational needs, such as pediatric care or financial management. We incorporate this baseline assessment into a custom growth plan that outlines a health center’s quarterly training schedule and operational objectives.
