Nshimirimana holds a Master’s in Health Economics and has a wealth of experience and education in health systems strengthening—all of which he brings to his new role as DRC Country Director.

“I am thrilled to promote Gérard to the role of DRC Country Director,” said VP of Programs David Scheiman. “Since coming to LifeNet, Gérard has demonstrated an ability to learn quickly and manage others well. His passion for improving healthcare in the region is evident and we look forward to seeing the DRC program continue to grow under his leadership.”
